Am i Safe ?????????????????

Question

I have Macfee Antivirus, SuperAntispware & AdWare from Lavasoft. Am i safe from Virus, spywares, trojans etc.

Safe is a very realative term. In general, you want your computer to be harder to get into than your neighbors, that way, they bad guys will just take the easy road. The top 6 things I'd say that anyone should start with are Winodws Updates, a Firewall (Sunbelt Kerio or Zone Alarm are free), a Spyware scanner or 2, an antinvirus program, maybe turn off active x and scripting, and safe habits (don't double click on just anything you download). There is always someone out there that knows more than us, so you're not safe from that person until you unplug the network cable, but your're off to a good start. hi, i recommand you to use firefox.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

firefox can edit which site/popup to block and unblock.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

That's not a bad start but how about a firewall. You're protected from things you can get into but you're not protected from things that want to get into you without a firewall program.

Yes i agree if you Don't forget get them up to date . But I think that your computer will slow down.
