I can accept that I do not know something. In fact I KNOW that there are things I don't know. I cannot rebuild a pt-6 turbine engine for an airplane. I cannot do many things. The things I do know, I may be able to learn more fully. Some things I know extraordinarily well, and have been an expert in a few fields, but even at that level, I had to be keen to learn more.
Absence of knowledge is relatively harmless ignorance, unless it is acted upon. Pretense to knowledge wihen knowledge is absent is stupidity, and dangerous even if it is simply disseminated, and not acted on, because it pollutes true knowledge.
The more I learn, the less I realize I know.
I like learning things. It keeps me from dying while I still breathe.
I will never know enough while I live and breathe. It's a character flaw, but it harms noone else.
Wise no; intelligent, experienced, skilled and persistent yes.

I have to admit that I don't know everything. I am not wiser than what is expected of my age. I am aware of the fact that there are smarter people than myself out there in this world. But I also do know that I am intelligent.

Heck no...that's one of the major signs of maturity...finally realizing that you know relatively little.
