Last year they included a Major League Soccer team DC United whom did very well...this year they picked a Costa Rican team, and they aren't even the champs?? Saprissa is the Champs for both (opening and closing) 2005-2006 season. I understand that a Costa Rican Club (Saprissa) came in 3rd place in the intercontinental FIFA World CLUB Cup 12/2005 as representatives of the CONCACAF representatives, but what I am not convinced that is the reason. Champion of Costa Rica should play with the club champion from other countries which probably will take too long..

sometime they just pick them randomly like a rifle and Alajuense was selected or they just do it to make people to watch the cup and knowing that by picking new teams may help get more money

i think they have mentally problem we have saw the costa rica in the world cup.they have not done well and there clubs is waste.
