Money will not be enough to "pass" exams.

One can "buy a degree" in many countries, but that does not give one knowledge.
Knowledge is not a gift and cannot be purchased.

It has to be earned.

that would be academic dishonesty and if you were caught bribing a teacher (which is what it sounds like you want to do) you could be expelled from school or suspended. just learn the material and pass like a good student.
