Given the approximate population of english ancestory people is around half billion collectively in above mentioned countries and the area of england is smaller than that of new york state.

What a stupid Question.
Not all the white people in the US Canada and Australia even have english Ancestory.

Um, no. There are not half a billion people of English descent in these countries. You seem to forget that white people in the US, Australia and Canada etc. are descended from all over Europe (traditionally England, Germany, Holland and Scandinavia as well as Ireland, Italy, Scotland, Poland, Hungary, Czech (what was Bohemia) and Bulgaria).
England is considerably larger than New York State, but is still not very big. When you consider the density of population in England (the USA is about 37 times as large, but with a population only about 5 times as large), the idea is even more ridiculous.
Finally.... why would this be done? These people are not English, and many haven't been for six or seven generations or more. By the reasoning you seem to be using, all Europeans should be sent back to central Asia (their ancestral common homeland) (except the Hungarians, Finns and Estonians, who can go off to Central or Eastern Siberia), the Japanese should get off their islands and go back to Northern China and leave the nation to the Ainu, every native American (north or south) should move north and cross the Bering straight over to Asia, etc. etc.
Or maybe everyone on earth should just head back to east Africa and inhabit our universal homeland like sardines.
What a ridiculous question.

I don't think your math is even close, nor would anyone with any sense want to live on such a highly populated island without squat for natural resources. It would make much more sense for all black people to return to Africa where there is far more land to live on with almost unlimited natural resources.
