That really depends on who is saying it. I love you is a different feeling for everyone. You need to know who is saying it and if they the meaning of love means the same thing to them as it does you.

I don't know, but everyone makes such a huge fuss about it, and it seems to be a big deal, and causes a whole lot of problems. I'd steer well clear of this love crap if i were you
