Well.. let me start out by saying, both are HOT!
I love Lionel Messi more, he is NOT a diver, he is fast with good ball control. He is so young and has a far way to go. And, baby! He'll go far! I mean, he's awesome!!
Crisitano Ronaldo whines too much. He cries too much. And the fact that he winked at his team (on the bench) after he sent Rooney off with a red card makes me MAD! Plus, he is dating this 4o-year-old wannabe-model named Merche. Eww.
Lionel could get someone better than Cristiano's girlfriend with his eyes closed. =)
Lionel is talented, I wish I could go see him play with his football club when they come to the USA. =(
Yeah, Lionel will DEFINITELY lead Argentina to victory in 2010. Vamos!

well I used to be a big Messi fan I used to hate Cristiano but after I started seeing him play I fell in love with his techniques and the shots I play soccer too and I'm a forward Center and I always watch Cristiano play and I start using the techniques ever since I scored 15 goals and 3 were knuckle ball free kick so I believe Cristiano has the better techniques shots and jukes

Ronaldo is a great young player, but Andres Lionel Messi will be even greater in the next few years this kid is magic and will be the real deal, and all kid's around the world will want to be like MESSI. Andres Lionel Messi will hoist the WC in 2010 and by then Messi will clearly be the best footballer in the world you watch.

Of course it's Messi ...... it's true Ronaldo can run around a lot but he simply hasn't got any finish. He'll run with all his might over to the goal post and then miss his shot..

I think at present Messi is better. However i feel Cristiano has more potential, he definately has more pace than Messi. I feel Cristiano will turn out to be better, after he learns to pass more n not be that selfish.Also he needs to cut out the cheating from his game.

I'm with you. Lionel Messi has the larger picture of the game in his mind and he controls the whole situation. Ronaldo showed something of this ability in Portugal's final game against France. He was superb! But more often than not, Ronaldo's exhuberance is pointless.
