Wouldn't affect my choice of partner. Every new relationship should be treated as a clean slate. Just because a woman has had multiple partners, doesn't make her any different as a person.
To find out she wasn't a virgin, after leading me to believe she was, would sorta make me feel like the relationship was built on a lie. She was telling me what she thought I wanted to hear, which would lead me to wonder what else was false about her.
I'm male btw

As per my view Verginity keeping until marriage is a good thing and for both sex it will help to make the relationship more stronger than when someone learn that thier partner is already enhoyed the xx with someone else before they get... just an example who ever may be and whatever they says. whe you get a brand new mobile phone from fresh non brocken from cover you will be more happy than you get a used one that is a truth. if it is the situation just for a mobile phone ( it is life is maximum two years in a single users hand after that sure he will get a tendency to upgrade another one) then what will be about his life long partner (If they mean so) ... just guss you will get the answer...

I'm a Buddhist male and no, virginity does not affect my choice in partner. Nowadays, it's safer to assume no one is a virgin anyway. If I found out otherwise, I will be touched that she waited (and maybe panic a bit because... think of the responsibility!!), but will not change my view of her in a major way.

Virginity was not a big issue to me. However, if my partner would have lied to me about it for such a long time, then that would be a problem for me. So it is more an issue of broken trust, I suppose, which is a bad foundation for any relationship.
If this happened to you, I suggest you guys get counseling. This will be a dark cloud over your relationship for a very long time. Get it resolved as soon as possible.
I'm baptized catholic, but consider myself more of an agnostic.

No, it did not affect my choice of partner in present and past relationships. However, the less partners a person has had, the less it seemed to complicate things.
I would still feel offended by that kind of lie, especially since my fiance knows I wouldn't judge him on that kind of thing.
I'm female.

as a male who worships in a more pagan manner (the greek gods) i don't see anything wrong with the scenario above. furthermore, virginity does not affect who i choose to be with.

it all depends. you can lose your physical virginity by being raped...but it mostly depends on the person.
do you trust them and love them enough to know if it truely matters?
i think that if you have a deep enough of a connection what they had BEFORE they met you was sex, and what they have with you is making LOVE.
so, in a sense, your taking their virginity.
but thats my thought.
