What is benefit of DEPB as per Income Tax?

Whether DEPB is considered as Export Incentive for calculating S. 80HHC deduction as per IT act?

There is new amendment in the I T Act from this year that if export turnover is less than 10 Crore , DEPB shall be taken for the computation of 80 HHC and if above 10 Crore , it shall be only if certain condition is fulfilled.
BUT NOTE : there is no 80 HHC deduction now.
