Well it kind of depends on the look you are going for... Bright orange would contrast with your skin tone so it would draw attention to your clothes, a sky blue would have the same affect but a little less "grabbing". A magenta would compliment it more than either of the other colors because it would "blend" with you a bit more (I like to be a little less daring.)
However, in my opinon that dusky tan looks best in rich yellows and light greys...

Personally, sky blue would look great, worn with white. Lucky you, having skin colour we spend weeks trying to get, only to have it all fade and peel off!
Yellow would look good too, Orange and magenta are a bit tired this season!

Tan..tan..tan..the best skin tone anyone could have other than natural fairness (which redheads have) or olive tones. White would be great..that is a total staple tone anyone should have. Black..try to go a little less as it dulls your skin unless its of shimmery fabric. Dusky tans.. try red not maroon...red..and lighter oranges...earthy- ish tones.. cream works nice..pale yellow.. try not to go to cooler tones unless its lime greens and its creed..blue tends to make those kind of skin tones a little jaundiced. I know coz I have kinda the same skin tones.

Your eye color and skin tone will play a big factor.
If you have blue eyes, you might look better with the sky blue.
My recommendation is to take the outfits into a room with bright lighting and hold each outfit up ato your chin and see which colors make you more radient. Ask a trusted friend or relative their opinion as well.
Good luck!

all colours are good on your type of skin, but choose sky blue for daylight event and magenta for evening, wear bright oranges only for vacation such as walking at the beach, park,or any other informal ocation.

Out of those colors, I would have to say the bright orange.
I really think that you would look good in any orange, but you should try yellow colors, or pale greens.
a magenta looks good on any skin color, that is why so many people wear it.

Sky blue but a nice light yellow or gold would be better paired with some dark brown eyeshadow smudged

depends the brightness of the blue...darker skin tones look better in bright colours, you can carry it off better. stay away "baby" blues and pinks or pastels(look better on fair tones) i always like white on tan skin.
