The album isn't out until early September, and given that Iron Maiden have been burned in the past by internet leaks, and that they're savvy to this now, you will not be able to get it anywhere until then. You can listen to the new single and view the video ("The Reincarnation of Benjamin Breeg") in its entirety on their official web site: -

The single's due for public release on 14th August.
