No, where else can you see newly released movies on a wide screen with extensive surround sound. You have to wait awhile if you want to rent it or see it on pay per view

I think they are now taking on a vintage quality. With projectors and wide screen televisions and affordable surround sound, a lot of people are more comfortable popping their own corn and watching DVDs at home.
I love the going to the movies, however, I get more of an experience at my home theater in the basement now. The surround sound beats any movie theater I've been to as of late and the HD is far more clear than any film projector can produce.
Still, the movies are fun.

Yes. Unless I see a live performance, I can't be bothered to pay to sit in a chair, not able to go to the bathroom w/o missing part of the movie. I can simply buy an large plasma screen TV w/a surround sound system and lay on my sofa instead. Theatres are not equipped for socialising, so with that aspect gone, what's the point of going.

No. It's the only place I can find a massive screen for the movies I really want to see.

Nooo. My friends and I meet there just about everyweek. It's one of the few places my friends and i can afford, get a ride to, and enjoy ourselves w/o having to have our parents worry about us!
