It's a whirlpool or hot tub. Jacuzzi is a brand name.
Basically it is a bathtub that fits more than one person and which has all kinds of under water air and water jets to cause a whirlpool effect. The tub can be heated and it is really a great place to relax or to be with somebody you love.
