what are the courses which are available after MBBS other than purely medical specialities?

I am interested in physics.Now i am a 2year MBBS student

You are almost halfway through with your mbbs course,So think
twice before you decide. The best you could do is try doing
your pg in physics related medical field like nuclear medicine
and similar related fields .
