The goal of treatment is relief of symptoms. The cause, if known, should be treated. Gentle, thorough oral hygiene may relieve some of the symptoms. Topical antihistamines, antacids, corticosteroids, or other soothing preparations may be recommended to apply to the mouth ulcer. Avoid hot or spicy foods, which often increase the pain of mouth ulcers.
Our Pediatric practice recommends swishing in a mixture of Benadryl and maalox (1:1) It really does help with the pain and discomfort. Works best if swished before meals.

mouth ulcer will start to go away by itself after 2 weeks.
if it doesnt.. then it is a sign for cancer!
anyway, i think "bonjela" is good gel to try or if you prefer to look for something more traditional or herbs then you can buy some melon frost. The best medicine is melon frost. You can get it from some chinese herbal shop. If not.. then try to drink a lot of water and gurgle with salt water often. U can also try to take cheese or yoghurtSwimming helps too..

Gargle salt and water. Keep your mouth very clean. Apparently you get an ulcer when you don't believe you can do something, if that's the case, go for it.

I would suggest, that you go to ur local chemist, and buy some mouth ulcer cream , you can also just rinse your mouth and lips with salt/ /water

^^ dont do that!! ^^
Place a spoon of yogurt (curd) on the place where you have the ulcer. Its a bit hard not to swallow, but try your best to make sure the ulcer is exposed to as much yogurt as possible.
