I heard someone say that the price of everything is geared towards a household income of $150,000 a year. For example: If the cost of a loaf of bread is $3.50, they are basing that price on a $150,000 a year income. Do you think this is a true statement?

No, like all things it is supply and demand....if there is too much bread it's gonna get cheaper.......if there isn't enough it's going up in price......free market economy!

I don't know if it's that high...but I do think things are expensive for someone on a modest income.
