That depends if you're downloading porn and masterbating to it. Now over 5 times is too much for me. Well if you've been jacking off everyday and watching porn different from the others it could damage your relatioship. When that happens its called porn addiction. to stop porn addiction don't jerk for a week.

Yes. it does have an effect with your partner. The more you masterbate the slower you will ejaculate. (If you are like most men - note some people are just different). Anyway, you can last longer which can be a good and a bad thing. A good thing because it takes a woman longer to reach orgasim than it does a man but a bad thing because if it takes to long you can make the woman sore. (A good time period is really about 10 minutes).
