Absolutely. From glancing at the first couple of pages of your questions, I can tell that you are a fairly young, British male, possibly single, intelligent and curious, with a skin complaint!

To a certain extent. Once I was curious about a guy who had very strong negative views about anything to do with
religion, God, Jesus and the like. I clicked on his avatar and noticed that ALL of his questions were in the religion & spirituality section. That's the only subject that he posts to! So that is why in his case you can tell something about where he is coming from.
Humans is general are complex creatures. You may think that you have that person pegged when they up and change on you just like that! Leaves your head spinning! Like"what's up with that?" I thought I knew him pretty well, guess I didn't.
Most of the time I can't figure out what a person is all bout when I read their questions, especially if they are young, just by the way they word something. Those are te questions I like to answer he most because I know that they are really seeking advice. I do my best to give them what they seek and do it to the best of my ability.

I believe you can though I've seen some ask completely innocent questions yet get attacked.
Personally i think you can find out more about a person by their answers than the questions they pose!

You can tell some, but people are multi-faced, so what you see is only one or a few of these "faces". I think it is reasonable to presume that people here can be a little more bolder than in real life, but they can also play a character. So you can tell some, but not a lot.

Oh, yes. There was this one female on here who had male problems, all of her questions were about picking the wrong guys and wondering why she does it. I could tell about two things about her: she was insecure and she was confused

yes I would say so, I guess the sort of questions a person asks shows what their interests are, and the characterisics of their personallity are aswell.

It depends on how strongly they feel about a subject. I have posted questions that people have complained about, but I still wanted answers to them.
