USA. State of Alaska's northernmost portion is above the Arctic Circle. It can also get horribly cold in the Midwest region during the winter, because of it's interior location having a continental climate, where the summers are hotter and winters colder than they would be for places in coastal regions.

The interior parts of the U.S.A get colder than the other two due to fact that the coldest places are those that are furthest away from an ocean.Since sea water can't drop below 29 degrees Fahrenheit, atmospheric temperatures close to these extremely large body's of water are regulated. The dryer it gets, the colder it can get...tom science

Well, the Australian winter will be the warmest.

For the USA it depends where you live, you could live in Texas, or you could live in Alaska.
The UK as a rule has reasonably mild winters, as we are warmed by the gulf stream, but the Scottish winters can be quite harsh whereas the souther winters very mild.

It's all relative to where you live.

Definitely the UK, due to it's higher latitude on the globe, followed by US, and then Australia (rarely gets below 5C).
