It depends where you stand when you want to give them the status of terrorists... I don't know for Hammas but as for Hezbollah they are saying when Israel will give back the Shebaa Farms they will turn into a political party....

Since they do not have sophisticated weapons with satelite guided arsenals, and unlike those in the west, they are not afraid to die, so they blow themselves up a means of warfare. Horrendous. Hezbolla came into the spotlight after they drove the Israeli soldiers out of the Bekaa valley in 1996? As for Hamas I am not sure.
