I am consulting civil engineer practising from last 6 year. But during 6 years I have not gaining more as what is my expectations.What can I do ?

I think you need to move other company. Unless you have experience in contractor co., you'll join to contractor or sub-con. You can get a lot of experience to solve the problem yourself and more salary. But may be tired. After that, you work at the consulting firm again. Your feeling is difference in the consulting work and you can do the best depend on your expectations.

I'm assuming that you live and practice in a non-English speaking country because your grammar is not too good.
I suggest that you learn to speak and read English fluently.
Unreasonable or not, English has become the language of international commerce and it's important to make a good impression on anyone you want to deal with.

If possible take on a community project which even if it means very low fees or even free.It will give you high exposure and also spritual upliftment?
