as written on cd's as 700MB & 80 -min.. what does it signifies ..

700 mb is simple
- amount of data that the cd can hold
( for simplicity, computer data files )

80 min - 80 minutes
- the time in minutes of audio / video the cd can hold or store & playback.
- minutes applies only to audio & video

gulp it 4 now
keep it simple

( cause it's not as simple 2 me, lol
even i do not understand more than that )

the movie 'titanic' (or for that matter any movie)
the original is available in set of 2 cd's
& also dvd in set's of 2 ... but dual layer dvd's
1.4 gb v/s 17 gb ?????????
>> hence more 2 it than meets eye

if u have seen movies on a cd, it is of 1 hour and 20 min max. it shows that a cd of capacity 700MB can retain a video or audio of 80 min. i hope i m clear

80 min mean that your CD can take data of 700MB

it means the expire date of ur cd after burning is 80 minutes

are you serious? it means that the CD can ony play up to 80 minutes of whatever.
