My right arm every once in a while will tense up. I'll look at it and is much redder than the other one. I almost want to say tingly, but thats not the right way to describe it. Its not that I've just slept on it, it will happen in the middle of the day. Its not extremely uncormfortable, but it will definately get my atetention.. I try flexing it and shaking it out, and cann't tell if that does anything. It will go away within about five minutes. I am in my early twenties.

That happens to me too! You could have a pinched nerve. I would go to a chiropractor who can give you an alignment. Usually, an alignment takes the pressure off a nerve and then your arm is OK.
