for any band the big thing is there unity try to bring unity in them try keeping all together bring some energy in them & also co-opperation there should be creativity in them try to encourage them & also give them chance to view there music in front while they play there music insted of findding mistakes try to encourage them then seee & one more thig plzy ur music near seasore u will discover new music in ur music ok best of luck.......

they usually get between 10 and 20 % ..........
and the job is much more difficult than it seems ............

make sure they get on well and can express themselves creatively ( a few beers may help) make sure they can play their instruments well
