If I was a gal I seriously wouldn't be reading much into it at all.
It just means that he values you as a mate, but what I will say to you is that if it continues for much longer dont get all mad at him just ask
"--------, do you like me, seriously" I was asked that and replied yes, now we dont talk cause it all got too much apparntly but hey it happens.

good luck to you and dont stress.

Well, it can mean many things.
1# This person might like you so he calls you honey. (He might be hinting you that he likes you)
2# He might think that you are cute
3# He might be meaning...." you smell good!"

IT IS NORMAL FOR A MAN TO CALL A LADY A FAMILIAR NAME LIKE HONEY OR SWEETHEART. IT DOESN'T NECESSARILY MEAN TOO MUCH, LIKE HE WANTS TO SLEEP WITH YOU OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. TAKE CARE, BABE.

It means your friend is either a hairdresser or a movie critic.
