wow, I am a white person but some how offended by your question. Its ignorant ppl like yourself that makes all the wrongs in this world. I am sure some white ppl do bail out black ppl just as I am sure black ppl help whites, and other races out. You are look at the minority of the ppl to classify the majority which is the majority of blacks arent bailed out by anyone. you need to do a lot of growing up my friend

Black people have contributed a lot to this nation, and around the world. White people have persecuted the black people to the point where programs like affirmative action is necessary. It will take a few generations before those that have been downtrodden will be able to form the same fabric in society that the europeans currently have.

For many blacks gettign help from thier own people is hard to do. I know one man that wanted to start a program to help kids and the black community told him to get lost. White people gave him a chance nd his program is 7 years strong and produced productive kids.
