We resonate with songs that match feelings we are experiencing. You are going through a lot of changes, experiencing a lot of stressors. None of the things you describe nececesarily mean you are suicidal or even seriously depressed. However it wouldn't hurt to get some counseling, especially if you feel the urge to hurt yourself or your conflicts with others seem to be getting out of control. Try listening to some other kinds of music. You don't want to listen to things that will exacerbate your negative moods. Try using music to alter your mood and stimulate different emotions. Music is a very powerful drug. Use it wisely and intentionally rather than just going along with it.

You are just living a hard life right now. Don't take your anger on your cadets. They have no fault of your hard life. I think you should try to get away for awhile. A vacation, you know. I hope you get over this hard situation. Good Luck!
