none with red lipstick. will be to much color on your face. with red lipstick try extra mascara. like put it on more boldly then what yu usually do. but more color with red...and you may end up lookin like a street walker. with pink. i woud try a bit of white........not to much. maybe just apply it in the crease in your eye lid. or in the crease below. not a bold white.......just a white that goes on lightly and is kind of sparkly

If you are going with red lips...use only mascara. It will give you a classic, feminine look. Wearing more than that gives you the chance to look too made up.
As far as pink. If it's a dark pink lipstic...use a light pink frosted eye shadow, with a medium pink in the crease.
If it's a light, frosted pink...you can use taupes and browns.

A lot of girls have already answer this well, if you are going to draw attention to your lips with red lipstick, you need to tone down your eyes with a very natural look, unless you want to look overly made up. With a softer pink, natural lipstick, you can have fun with your eyes...anything goes!

When wearing red lipstick, I would keep eye shadows to very light beiges and tans, just eyeliner and mascara on the eyes- it's true that your make-up should really pop in just one area of your face, or it looks bad.
When wearing pink lipstick, depends on the shade of pink...light to medium pinks, you could use any combination of eye shadows. The Too Faced duos are usually really pretty together and take the work out of trying to figure out nice color combinations. For hot or bright pinks, same advice as above.

With red lipstick, I'd use a natural color eyeshadow. With pink lipstick, I'd try to use a brown shadow possibly...light brown.

I don't know, because I've never seen you. Every woman is different. As a man, I'm not over-keen on heavily made up women, but that's just a personal preference!
