I heard rumors about it forever, when they finally release it will anyone still care? The first and second were so addictive, hard to match.

Depends on what Blizzard does with it.
Since the first two have become so hacked and everything duped and PKs seem to run the game, I'm not sure I will. And the servers would need to be top of the line so to speak.
I hated playing and getting killed. I hated to lose my lvl 50+ hardcore character to lag issues AND in a private passworded game so that the pkers didn't come in and kill me for the 50 gold.
Not sure if I will ever return to blizzard games. Even the WoW servers seem to be crappy when the load is heavy. What's with the once a week server updates anyways? Do all of you WoW gamers take that day to do laundry or what?

Yeah, I'd buy it because Diablo II was great. After wasting my money on lame-a$$ Neverwinter Nights, I'm in need of a good fantasy video game.
But what I'm really waiting for from Blizzard games is a sequel to Starcraft!

Never!
I played the first two and got sick of killing and hacking my way through them. At first they were a stress relief, named all of the monsters after people at work that had p***ed me off that day. But gees, even I got tired of the all the killing and hacking.
Kill monsters, turn your back for a second then have to kill them again. Could understand if I left the area for a day or so, how monsters could infest it again, but all I did was go around a rock and THERE THEY WERE AGAIN! Sucks! Yucky inventory! Yucky journal! Yucky maps!
Sacred game is the same. Sorry I wasted my money on them.
