i think it is good to get advice from different people because if one thing doesn't work then someone else's idea might work. i wish they had something like this when i had my son. i was so lost. my son's doc probably wanted to change his phone#

I heard that if you walk around alot while you pregnant, it will help you alot during your labor! WALK NOT RUN FOR FAST WALK
I'm not sure if it true or not since i'm not a woman!!!! :)
