The world AND the sky move- the atmosphere rotates with the Earth. Our planet rotates fairly quickly on it's axis, and if the atmosphere were still, the difference in speed between the two would cause so much "wind" that we wouldn't be able to go outside.

If you are referring to the universe when you say sky, then it is the Earth that is moving through space, though the other planets and moons are also moving. Our sun does not move, though some of the other stars in the sky do.

I Know The World Moves Slowly As The Months Change Once we Move To Next Month We Will Be On The Other Side...

As In On Side Has a Sun And One Side Dont Soo As We Move Away From The Sun It Becomes Winter.. As You No This Month Is The Closest From the Sun.. You Should Understand By Now.

But when you are asking the question - in your neighbourhood it may be sky moves, keeping your house in the same place.
