Im 13 years old, im in very good shape,i workout atleast 5 times a week, i dnt have a fat stomach, but my abs r just not in good shape, how do i get my abs in better shape so that i have a nicer, more toned stomach, i dont wanna lose fat, i just wanna build muscle.

Make sure that the crunches, reverse cruches and side workout is for quality. You can do 200 crunches and not really feel it, but if you do 20 slow, solid crunches, you could have trouble getting up from the powerful workout.

Go for the burn here, and crunch as slow as possible. That will build a six-pack, assuming you don't have any extra tummy fat.

Try Pilates, or the ab workouts at the back of the book "The Abs Diet" by David Zinczenko

Well Sit-Ups might be good. Like they make people with bigger stomaches loose weight. But i think if its in fine shape it will tone it up!
