Best thing to get her attention is to talk to her. I know it's scary, but you have to do it. Cuz if you don't...she'll see you as some random noob who you find attractive. Oh, and girls know that they like you at first sight. To get a girl to like you...just be yourself and make a good conversation. Conversations are like icebreakers...so if you find something she likes that you can do and maybe show her, then you might be at an advantage.
Oh yeah, suck it up, have guts...and ask for either her number or IM screenname.

Let her know you like her. Be attentive and listen to her needs. Be romantic and be yourself.
Be patient. Maybe today is not the right time. If not today then tomorrow, next month, next year, etc.

Just be yourself and if you're meant to have a relationship with her; it'll happen. If "it" (the relationship) don't come natural or easy; then it ain't something to be chasing. Don't force it.

Go after her prettiest friend. Or get yourself a really hot girl of your own...if she didn't see you as valuable before, when she sees another girl with you...it increases your value.
