Yes I work out at the gym. I used to play sports in school and simply loved challenging and pushing myself to excel. So I go to the gym to try and get the same feeling I got when I practiced. Besides the benefits are wonderful. Energy, stamina, a sexy toned body, and the ability to beat the boys up!

I been working out in the gym for the past two yrs ...before that i never exercise ...... i try to do it 3 times per week ..at least 2 hrs ... It helps me to release stress, tone up the body n makes me feel more confident about myself ........ :)
When i reach my golden yrs, I imagine that my butt is already on the chair even before i can sit down ... I dont want that to happen..lol

Only if I start getting a little pudgy. I just work out when I need to, it isn't a regular habit.
