k this is what you do u can do crunches 3 times a week but not normal crunches its a cycles ur much complete 180 crunches in 5 min. this is the cycle first you start off wit normal crunches feet down and do 20, then you put ur feet leveled with your knees to your chess 20 , then you keep ur legs up but u will run in position with your feet still up and dats 20, then u will put your feet straight up thats 20 ,and then u will extend your legs open and reach b\w them dat 20 wen u have dont that now u much do the same cycle backwards so taht mean now u much start with ur legs straight up and do the rest down
when you are done lay on ur stomach and bring your legs as far as they can go to the back of your head and hold the position for 10 seconds and ur work out is complete

Because you are skinny and athletic doesn't mean you can eat any and every thing you want. Watch what you eat because what you eat could be making you have that pouch for a stomach. As far as exercises, do different abdominal exercises to challenge your muscles and tone them. Since you are trying to get rid of your pouch, focus on excercises that work the lower fibers of the rectus abdominis (the anatomical name for your abs) and the obliques (your sides and the muscles that play a part in shaping your waist) Also, try pilates. It focuses on developing core strength and toning the abs. You can even go to a book store and find a book on getting athletic abs since you are an athlete. Any of these will work. Just know what you want and work hard at it, and it you will it in no time at all.

You can do 60 crunches a day. 20 morning, noon, and night. but girl i tell you woman to woman that you (not just you) will always have a little pouch there, i have it too, it's not a lot but it's there, it's got something to do with child bearing if heard and even super skinny stars and models have it you just can't see it from the front view. take a side shot when they're not sucking it in and bam! there it is. don't worry i'm sure you look great the way you are.
Good luck honey

Muscle weighs more than fat. If you have cellulite it's normal, even real skinny girls can have them... I'm 135lbs but my friend who's 110lbs has stretch marks and cellulite on her thighs and stomach. Everybody is built differently, so don't worry if you just happen to gain a few pounds. It's most probably from the steroids and the lack of exercise (gymnastics) these past few weeks. Love yourself the way you are : ) Besides, it doesn't matter how much you weigh. What matters is how good it looks on you.

It's not the weight its the area then. Don't worry about what the scale says just do exercises that target your tummy. Crunches, sit ups, etc.

You could do crunches, sit ups, hang on the pull up bar and pull your knees up. skipping, use a medicine ball, and go for dancing.
