My question is how do I make my face stop burning... I have tried diaper ointment, noxema, cold shower, sunburn relief stuff... I'm suffering here. My whole face is red, hot and covered with little bumps and I have welps on my neck... I'll try anything....

try to pick up some kiehl;s (kiehls.com) cucumber soothing toner to have for this kind of emergency in the future it works for sore skin.
in the meantime maybe ice packs, cucumber slices, aloe, neosporin... umm, take an oatmeal bath or put it on your face - (aveeno makes the bath) but maybe regular oatmeal would work. cold washcloth, the stuff u tried may have made it worse - escpecially noxema and diaper ointment. try the stuff above. feel better

Stop using the Proactiv ASAP! Have you tried rubbing some Aloe Vera on it? It may help cool the burning. See a doctor, also.

Stop using it. It doesn't work for everyone, everyone's skin type is different and it's about finding the right product to suit you.
Example: 2 of my friends both started using Proactiv, it worked well for one of them, but the other it worked in reverse and her skin got worse.
If you're really worried about your skin go see your doctor and they'll advise you on what products you can use.
P.s. stop putting stuff on your skin, wait till it stops burning, or even better go see your doctor and see what they recommend
