hi, there are foes for me, well is there any way that they can completely make my email id to stop functioning, that means i cannot log in, at all. likke wise i want one of friends email id to be completely bolcked for his usage. what si the procedure. and kindly reply me at the earliest.

if they ar in ur messenger list u can delete them then hit the ignore button.....

you can block it off course.
as far as we all know the mail id is the part of the e-mail adress. for example blah@yahoo.com then the ID is blah. when you know the id you can start breaking the password. use a password cracker such as brutus or something and you will get the mail password. then simply cancel the mail account and you're done.
the other way to solve the problem is to write an e-mail to the user's e-mail provder, reporting that this user is sending child porn to the net. high posibillity of closing this users' mail in the matter of minutes ;D
