saw this girl comeing out of the elvator at school and my jaw droped and she just smiled, i saw her again and i asked her her name and we talked a bit and she said she was wondering who i was , i saw her at the park she gave me her number and said to call her she was blowing me kisses nd she gave me a hug is she playin games or dose she like me, i called her yesterday and she didint call back. i saw her down town today and she was makeing excuse like she just lost her job she has to buy something for her sister she has to brake up with her bf, she said h she is haveing a tough week but i dont know this is alot of excuses, at the end of our conversation she just kept smiling and giving me hugs
is she just playin games because big deeno cant take it

People have their baggage and even though it sounds like you're just getting to know her why don't you try giving her the benefit of the doubt? We all have crazy weeks sometimes.
If you like her give her a chance. Within another weeks time you'll know if shes actually interested or if shes just leading you on.
You can approach it from two ways. You can give it a few days and then call her or you can tell her to call you when her life isn't as hectic.
And yeah... don't be needy.

First... You sound needy. Stop that.
Second, live through your days and stop calling. Be nice to her when you meet her but, and please, this is important, do NOT be needy. You can suggest a date when you meet.
Do your stuff and if she's really interested she will let you know in some weird, woman way.
You have her number, you called and that's it. You DO have a life right? So have fun.

first Q r u serious about her just think bcoz i think the girl is flirting with u plan ur move properly otherwise u will be in a big mess or she is very disturb and need a good friend so just clear it out

Well I think that you should go out with her and try to know her...speak with her about anything:problems,things you like or dislike,and if you think that you match than wait for her...that is what I think ...good luck!!!
