Hello im having a problem with my t-809 phone.i tryed installing the samsung studio cd into my computer but it keeps saying that windows xp does not support the cd.is there anything i can do to fix it.i want to download some videos and music to my phone but i cant.argh...Please help if u can.Thanks...

The best way is call t-mobile customer service. They are very helpful as they'll show you even the phone features. Try it...611 free airtime too.
