Its prob a cirrculation problem. More women have it then men. My advice would be to do two things. 1: Just before retiring go and soak your feet for about 5 minutes in a tub of hot water. And 2: for better cirrculation while in a prone position, raise the head of your bed about 4 inches. Put some books underneath the headboard legs. This will help the blood to flow better toward your feet.

What I like to do when I have that problem, is I lift my feet about 12 inches or so and at the same time pull them towards me a little so the blanket gets pulled some at the bottom. Then I will extend my feet again. When i let me feet back down on the bed, the blanket wraps under my feet, so that my feet are wrapped by the blanket on both sides. It is a bit hard to explain, but I am sure you would see what I mean if you try it. It helps me. I know what you are talking about as I cant go to sleep with could feet, no matter what. If you are older then it could be a sign of poor circulation. If you sleep on the concrete or on the ground, it can be impossible to keep them warm. I hope there is nothing wrong with you, that would mean there is something wrong with me too.

Try these:
1. massage your legs with glycrine and wear socks immedeatly before you go to bed. You feel worm plus your legs will be softer and look lovely.
2. Cover your head. People say we loose about 85% persent of our body temprature through our head

I know it sounds funny, but wearing a skull cap helps. You lose all of your body heat from your head. Wearing the cap will help.
