You must be a very conservative woman. Nowadays, the trend change; married man go flirt around so thus the wife also going around jumping onto people's bed. The answer is "NO", woman need not have to work hard to keep their marriage. I tell you the man have to. It is also common nowadays the third party is a man and not a woman because the wife have fall for another man. In some case, the husband have fall for another man???

Wrong it is not only you girls that work to keep a marriage together. It is a two way street here. I really have trouble understanding why many women think they are the only ones who care if the marriage stays together.

If its only the woman trying to keep the marriage then she forgot to tell the male there is a problem.

Talk and communicate about it together. He might not think there is a problem and never will if you don't talk about it.

Oh Yea! Guys you need to talk and communicate tooooo.

Because woman feels insecure in a marriage. That is why they have to work hard to keep the marriage. Try all ways and means to keep the hubby happy, keeping the family neat and tidy. Afraid that if the marriage does not work out, she has no one else to turn to.

Sometimes from a woman's perspective that may seem how it is but not necessarily true - We as women are natural born communicators and we tend to over extend ourselves when it comes to something that we want. We also have the ability to handle and process multiple issues at the same time. Men tend to be more silent on matters until they can figure them out and they usually can only deal with one issue at a time. For me personally as a woman I have found this to be extremely frustrating but once I figured this out about men it helped me tremendously when dealing with my husband I've learned to not overload him with a gang of issues at one time although they are all racing through my mind - The key is trying to look at the situation from the other person's perspective and meeting in the middle - I've learned that a lot of men want to work it out and keep their marriages but just simply don't know what to do because we often place too much pressure on them at one time and they become frustrated and tend to do nothing because they don't know where to start - I am happy to be learning the male perspective although it frustrates me I am learning to accept it as one that is not the same as mine and must be taken into consideration

It actually shouldn't be that way. Marriage is like a two-wheeler. The husband and wife are its two wheels. If one of them is uncompromising then the vehicle cannot move. Most men lack the emotional intelligence that women possess. Things are changing though, and for the better. Men are slowly shedding off their macho style and learning to give in.

Ya you are absolutely right! And most don't help in housework too. They thought is women's job, but they overlook that women nows a day also have to work. We look after housework, kids, grocers, our full time work, further more have to up-hole the marriage. Loosing the enthusiasms, but still have to self motivate ourself. Sometimes feeling really tired.

Perhaps you married the wrong guy. You did not marry a loving, caring, interested, romantic, passionate, and communicative person like me who desires a good wife. I am recently widowed, and I loved being married to my wife, but, life goes on and I think she would want me to find happiness again...So...I''m looking...any good ladies out there from 25 to 35 years who want to have a great man and perhaps some children with me???
