Anyone know where I can get an AQUAMAN costume for Halloween? or how to make one?

OK, so my friends have always said I look like Aquaman (blond curly hair) and I'm obsessed with Entourage, so I'm thinking of being Aquaman for Halloween. Do they sell an Aquaman Costume or for you creative people- how could I make one? Thanks!
