Though not proved, the belief is that it acts like an inverted pyramid and it sucks everything due to this. Already a theory exists, that everything within the pyramid does not loose its original qualities as people have tried to keep shaving blades to enhance its life.
Inverted pyramid shape in the ocean is the cause of disappearance of many ships, planes etc. is the views of some of the people.

Sandylynn is correct. The bermuda triangle contains a lot of water. And perhaps a few airplanes that lost radio contact with their base in Florida. But mostly a lot of water.

statistically bermuda triangle has the largest oceanic traffic passing through the pint and eventually comparatively large number of accidents. off the coast of florida is an imaginary triangle that u can read interesting fictious stories about. but it DOES NOT exist. people say it could even be a second world war gimmick by americans to avoid german ships and japanese ships to avoid attacking america from atlantic ocean side.

Some say that planes/ships go down from natural gas being released. The science that keeps a ship up when a mass of bubbles hit it, and planes engines, instruments, and overall flying can be messed up from the pockets rising. There are many theories, but this we witnessed.

supposedly, in the area of the triangle, their is a magnetic force that causes compasses and electrical equiptment to lose power or lose its sense of direction due to the powerful magnetic forces. Thats the reason why alot of planes and ships sing or go down of that area because of that......
