The Philippines is surrounded by different kinds of water formation:ocean, sea, lakes, rivers, streams, springs, etc...Another fact is that Philippines is along the tropics as rain is always expected.Everywhere you will find water.
For drinking and household use, most part of the parts of the country still avails the potable deep well water through a water pump either manual or electrical. Water systems (water treatment facilities) became available anywhere except in some part of the rural areas. Bottled mineral water became widely famous too.Coconut water is also readily available based on the fact that coconut trees is one among the main agricultural production.
For agricultural purposes,National Irrigation has been established to supply water for agricultural purposes. You can get water from anywhere though there are places which the water supply are insufficient sometimes that is why rainful has a great impact on the farms.

Well....As the philippines are made up of thousands of islands surrounded by water, I'm guessing the ocean would be a good place to look. If you want a better answer I would say there are 4 ways you could get water: 1)rainfall feeding reservoirs and rivers 2)natural springs/wells 3)desalination plants 4)shipped in bottles
