Its your life. If you don't like someone you don't have to spend time around them. Still be nice to them in passing. But just... in passing. Keep on walking.
Life is about boundaries and you know whats best for you. Are you the type of person that can help them be a little more positive or the type of person that will become more negative because of them.
But I think it all comes down to... if you don't like them there isn't an unwritten law that says you have to spend time with them.

No, please don't. That person might be me. Or it might be somebody who your acta shaftin' will end up shaftin' somebody else that was innocent, inadvertently. And if you go around shafting people you will become the very same negative person that you once loathed and now there will be a line of people wanting to shaft you too.

Negative people are to be avoided at all cost. Otherwise they might infect you with their disease. They'll just bring you down.
Is it right to **** them over? Well, that would be a personal issue for you to resolve in respect to your own morals and beliefs. You might do it and feel great afterwards. Someone else, on the other hand, might do it and feel horrible.

Who will jugde who is negative or not ? If personal disliking matters, it is a common trend that people used to avoid so called "negative"s at all cost. But everyone has got some negativity....don't you think so?

This sounds lame but, treat people fair, let them get shafted because they make bad choices. Letting them bury themselves in misery is better for me.

No. You should just stay away from them and don't let them rent space in your head or bring you out of your character. That is only energy your are wasting and could be using towards something more productive.
