I've worked with old people who have tattoo's , they really don't stay very nice as you get older or if you have children .But if you still want one ... shoulder blades are the best spot .Skin doesn't change or stretch as much in this area.Also it is very unlikely that you would have something wreak it in that place(surgery,accident,ect....). And the best part is when you show it off people can see it without you showing your bottom to people.
Life can be cruel to the body.It's very unpredictably (personal experience) . And if you have it removed ...most likely you get a scare instead.

Tramp stamps are so out. Find a new fad. Or at least be original and get a different tattoo than every other girl in the world...

Oh goodness, dear! I cannot belive that such a thing has happend in your life!!! This is very serious and requires immediate attention. May I suggest reporting this to the authorities?

tats on the lower back are overdone only if the designs are really overdone - to the point where even getting it was unnecessary. we've all seen those! but tattoos are sexy to me period. i dont think there is one specific place as long as the design is cool & means something.

its a very common place to get it done i have 1 there and i know heaps of people with it done.
i think the sexcest place to get it done isjust above your hip but closer to your groin
