Sure, this happens all the time. If you tell someone to do something and they do it, you are using your brain to control someone else. Even people whose brains are dead and already decomposed can control you through the ideas they have left behind in books and other forms. Ideas are powerful. The only thing you need for one brain to control another person is a way for information to flow from one brain to the other.

I don't think human brain controles not only himself but others as well. I think sometimes we are easily influenced by other people's emotions,and that looks like as if we are controled by other people's brains. but actually that's not correct.

The human brain controls the body that it is a part of. It doesn't control other bodies.
