The doctor told me that one can a tuna every two weeks was ok. Because of Mercury you dont want to eat to much.

Tuna is fish family.. most of pregnant women dont eat fish, bcause they think that fish has A LOT of mercury in it.. and it can damage ur body or maybe the metabolism of ur body.. or maybe can cause something bad to ur baby.. >.< Im not really sure about this.. But i think fishes are good for our body cuz it has a lot of proteins.. :)

no the mercury is BAD for the baby. Not only in tuna, but lots of other fish

You are allowed to have tuna but in very small amounts. Like mixed into a casserol would be fine.

considering the discovery of high concentrations of mercury in tuna and most other fish, i'd have to say no.

they say that pregnant ladies n also young children should limit fish consumption... older fish in particular (not too sure which ones) because of the high mercury content...
