Yes, AC is gay, and used to be out. His contract requires that he not engage in any further gay activism. He had a long term partner for a while, and still may, so he may not be available to you.
His mother is Gloria Vanderbilt. I watched him long ago when he was on ABC news overnight.

I fell he is gay . I am friends with his cousins the Cecil's who own the Biltmore house in Ashville N.C , I have ask the same question and they seem to think he is gay . He doesn't have a girlfriend or a wife and has never been married .
