Only whole milk! The other ones don't taste that great and to me it's like having a bowl of cereal with water! Sometimes for my health, I will buy a half gallon of skim milk and a half gallon of the whole milk and mix them together, that way, I will reduce the calories and fat yet still have the flavor of whole milk! Also it will stretch my milk quota for the week! (skim milk is cheaper then whole milk)!
P.S. I also love ( 8th Continent Light Chocolate Soy Milk )! It is wonderful, hot or cold! You should try it, it is rich and creamy and it is good for your heart! An added bonus: You can use it as a good food source if you don't feel like eating! The more you drink it, the better for your body! I have to warn you it is expensive, about 3.80 a half gallon!

I like 2%. I have always hated milk in every way, shape and form but have come to the conclusion that I can tolerate 2% in cereal and cooking as long as I don't have to drink it straight.
Although I have 3 very skinny boys and buy whole milk for them. In addition to Ensure.

1% because for some odd reason, it costs $1 less per gallon (otherwise it'd be skim). If I drink hot coffee, I use half and half. But, my newest drink, is home made iced "lattes". I use instant espresso, chocolate syrup, and my 1% milk. It's a lot cheaper, and healthier, than getting one at Starbucks. Not to mention convinient!

None of the above. If I drink coffee, I use half and half. If I eat cereal, I use Rice Milk, Almond Milk or Soy Milk.

Skim, that way I consume about nine pounds less fat each year than if I drank whole milk.
